This May, join us for three creative writing classes for third graders run by author Brigit Young. Writers will play games that teach and reinforce concepts such as character motivation, the structure of a beginning/middle/end, showing versus telling, descriptive language, and more. class will focus on tapping into creativity and finding joy in storytelling. Kids will finish with either a story of their own and/or samples of the writing games they played in class. Students should bring a laptop or notebook. 

Applications for this class will be open until April 26. Participation is not guaranteed.
